Redefining Youth Sports
There is a very strong, growing narrative that youth sports are broken.
We have World Cup soccer players openly saying pay-to-play is hurting our youth athletes. We have a culture that puts more emphasis on winning meaningless trophies than teaching real-world lessons. We have a system that only develops the players that can afford it.
We are done talking about potential solutions. We are doing something about it.

We believe that youth sports need a change.
Purpose
We believe sports extend the classroom. All of our youth sports programs are built around the BTG: Beyond The Game curriculum. Our goal is to give youth sports a greater purpose.
ACCESS
Rising youth sports costs keep kids on the sidelines, denying them the lessons sports teach. We are building programs that will change this, including fee-free club sports.
Culture
The environment you grow up in strongly shapes who you become. Our programs are built on principles that encourage a strong work ethic, teamwork, leadership, and a growth mindset.
